Hello again! Another randomly-occuring problem I've seen is when altering the blink rate of the cursor (Start>Control Panel>Accessibility Options>Display) or the width of the cursor to make it easier to see, is that the changes I apply do not become visible in a Word document, but do in Notepad. Do you find this valuable?

Hi Richard, I’m using Vista and cannot duplicate you issue as the large blinking cursors is consistent throughout all my programmes. Maybe it’s just a Welsh thing as across the Seven its fine!! Do you find this valuable?

Hmm, interesting. So you're suggesting I stand in the middle of the Severn Bridge with my laptop and see if the problem persists? I didn't realise Microsoft software was prone to such localised phenomena.... Do you find this valuable?
