Orientation improvements

How about some text at the top to say what this wiki is about? Prolly more important that what Ability Net are about ;-)

Plus the logo image needs to include the wiki name as you don't know where you are when on other pages.

I have amended the opening paragraph on the home page. Hopefuly, it now explains in a little more detail, the purpose of the wiki and what it seeks to achieve. Good point about the logo. Unfortunately I don't have the necessary permissions to make any changes to it.
